# Meridian
**What is Meridian?**
Meridian is building the key financial primitives to power the Movement Labs ecosystem, serving as the central liquidity and yield hub of the Move ecosystem. The protocol's initial products revolve around a composable, capital efficient DEX and a novel LST protocol, natively built on Movement.
